Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to process my order? Orders placed before 3pm (EST) typically ship directly from our warehouse the same day, otherwise items will be shipped the next business day.  Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday (with the exception of holidays in which case orders will be sent the next working business day). 

What shipping/return charges can I expect? We are happy to provide free shipping and returns within the U.S.!

What is your return policy? If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund as long as the product remains unwashed, unused/unworn, undamaged, unaltered, tags intact, and with the original packaging. Once your return request has been submitted, you will receive an emailed return label for your convenience. Refunds or exchanges will be processed and/or shipped within one week after we receive the returned product(s). 

What forms of payment do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB payments from customers worldwide.

How do I change or cancel my order? We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy once your order has been delivered to you.

How can I track my order (U.S. orders only)? In your Shipping Confirmation email, you’ll receive a link to your tracking information. Depending on the shipping method selected you may visit USPS.com, FedEx.com, and DHL.com and enter the tracking number for details.

I placed an order but never received a confirmation email? If you do not receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our Sales Team at sales@delyxltd.com or our Customer Service Line at 1-844-904-6840, Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM (EST).

How long will my order take to get to me? On average, you should receive your order within 3-5 days. However, we do offer expedited shipping at an additional charge.

Do you sell gift cards? Yes, please visit our e-gift card page to purchase.

I’ve lost my gift card, can I get a replacement? If you are unable to locate your e-gift card email, please email us as sales@delyxltd.com for a replacement.
