Shipping Policy

Processing Time – Orders placed before 3pm (EST) typically ship directly from our warehouse the same day, otherwise the next business day.  Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday, (with the exception of holidays in which case they will be sent the next working business day). Most shipments within the U.S. are received anywhere between 3-5 business days.

We are happy to provide free shipping and return. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, at an additional cost. 

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee receipt of our product(s) in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather, or other factors out of our control. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We do offer shipping to PO Boxes, via USPS.

We typically ship via Fedex, DHL, USPS and its Global Partners. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships, if not,  please email us at sales@delyxltd.com.

All shipments are insured for the value of the product. If a shipment has been sent but not received, you bear the responsibility of providing tracking information (provided by us) to the shipper for researching.

If you wish to correct information that has been provided to us with respect to the fulfillment of your order, you may contact us via e-mail at sales@delyxltd.com or call us at 1-844-904-6840 to speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives.  If such order is already in process, you may need to return the package upon receipt and place a new order with us with the correct information.
